How do you transfer a domain from us?

You can always get your transfer code through login to your account at transworldafrica.com then click 
Domains > My Domains.

Select the domain you want to transfer. Click settings on the left of the domain. Settings is a spanner icon. Then click "Get EPP Code" on the left menu. The direct link is https://transworldafrica.co.ke/clientarea.php?action=domaingetepp&domainid=74
To transfer the domain, you will also need to remove "Registrar Lock". Click on the Registrar Lock on the left side menu. The direct link is https://transworldafrica.co.ke/clientarea.php?action=domaindetails&id=74#tabReglock
